Hey all, I thought I'd kick things off with sharing various email groups and subscriptions. What do you subscribe to? What do you recommend for others?
I subscribe to Bay Windows; New England's largest glbt newspaper.

BGILT-News -- Bi/Gay/Intersex/Lesbian/Trans/Etc News Postings for the Unitarian Universalist Church.

For more info.
I get emails from bflag and human rights campaigne as well.
I subscribe to a local e-mail list here in Virginia and surrounding areas and it is called fishysisters. Ask me about it if you are wanting to subscribe since I have to recommend you.
Glad to know this board exists!
Well first, there's the MichFest email updates list. Check out the festival at michfest.com if you're interested.
There's a yahoo group for blind lesbians, which should be something along the lines of blindlesbians.yahoogroups.com (I'll edit or post again when I have the right address).
I also get emails from HRC, and I'm on a list for Equality Maryland, my state's LGBTQ organization fighting for legal rights.
To the previous post, Virginia? Do you go to Campout south of Charlottesville during Memorial Day weekend?
Hey, well I am on one for Orlando Florida lesbian called WHAT, am on Blind Lesbians, and one just called Lesbian Coffee House. Talk soon.
Thanks for the reminder of Baywindows. I look occasionally, but don't subscribe. I'm on a group for blind gay men called, you guessed it, blind-gay@yahoogroups.com. I've attended two Boston BFLAG meets.
Thanks for posting these, I'll have to check out some of them!
For youth, meaning from 13-25, there is a site that several years ago had really good lists. This is not blindness specific, but they had three lists. A 13-17 list, 17-21 and 21-25.
If they're still around, check them out at
www.youth-guard.org
The umbrella organization is called Youth Guardian Services. I found this group really awesome, but this was at least two years ago.
